By booking any tour or service with Wayra Adventures, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Bookings & Payments
- A deposit of 70% is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the tour date.
- We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, Crypto, or credit/debit card.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and written confirmation from Wayra Adventures.
2. Prices & Inclusions
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
- Prices include transportation, professional guide, and entrance fees as described in each tour.
- Prices do not include: meals (unless specified), personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, or accommodation (unless specified).
- Wayra Adventures reserves the right to adjust prices due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in government-regulated fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must arrive at the designated meeting point at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without refund.
- Clients must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or dietary needs.
- Clients are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required permits.
- Clients must follow the safety instructions provided by the guide at all times.
4. Health & Altitude
Cusco sits at 3,400m (11,150 ft) above sea level. We strongly recommend clients:
- Arrive at least 2 days before the tour to acclimatize.
- Consult a physician before traveling if you have heart, lung, or blood conditions.
- Carry personal medication and a basic first-aid kit on multi-day treks.
5. Itinerary Changes
Wayra Adventures reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, road closures, or force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements of equal or greater value, or a partial refund where applicable.
6. Liability
Wayra Adventures acts as a tour organizer. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on wayraadventures.com, including photos, text, and logos, is the property of Wayra Adventures and may not be reproduced without written permission.
